Top Tips For Healthy Indoor Plants

We spend less time outdoors in the winter in New Jersey and less time in nature.   During winter Nature is bare of it’s color and seems to be sound asleep. when we can’t be outdoors in the cold wintry weather, we can bring nature and it’s vibrant colors indoors!.  So, let’s bring nature indoors!  House plants have bright colors and produce oxygen and give us something to take care of.  So here are my,,, Top Tips For Healthy Indoor Plants!

Here are 3 tips for caring for houseplants...  
🍂  You have to be careful of pest problems by checking your plants regularly for spider mites, aphids, mealybugs and scale.  

🌷  Another tip is to keep plants away from drafts like doors that open frequently to the outdoors or windows without insulation.  

🥀  A 3rd tip is to not let your plant become pot bound.  When a plant gets pot bound the roots get too big and become restricted.   The plants dry out quickly when this happens.


These are some ideas to find indoor plants that will purify the air in your home and some plants that will liven things up by bringing in color!  
🌼  It's important to have fresh air in our home to breath.  Here are 2 indoor plants that can make the air in your home pure and fresh:  Monstera Deliciosa  and Pothos

🌺  To bring some colorful plants into your home, here are 2 suggestions:  African Violets and Hibiscus.
